Two major bugs that have been an issue since launch and really should have been fixed by now are:

1. the level 4 vendors you can recruit for settlements never showing up. (There are a few that work, and a few more that sometimes work if you do certain things, and a few more that never work) - this has felt like an entire piece of something in the game broken for a while now.

And 2. The named settlers in bunker hill doing nothing but cowering forever if you go through the bunker hill battle.

These bugs don't fall into the "cute bethesda bug" category and I'd love to see a fix for them sooner rather than later hopefully. Was really surprised to see they hadn't been fixed in the first patch, much less having been fixed by now as we are coming up to the fifth one.

At Bunker Hill type in "stopquest ef21c" into the console command. It should stop them cowering.

I tried using the console to fix the level 4 vendors in various ways but never had any luck. Hopefully that will take care of Bunker Hill at least.
