Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 9:16 pm

Game is working pretty good, had lag issue but turning game off and on fixed it.

however, many loading screens take like 15-60 seconds. which is like forever in gaming world. I can only check my email on phone so many times,

anyone else have slow loading screens?

The only cure is hardware. Put the game and save files on a SSD.

No, the ACTUAL fix is to play in Borderless Windowed mode, or uncap framerate. Load speed is somehow linked to your FPS.

Neither are good options.

OP, it's a loading screen. They happen. Relax. Take a sip of your drink (I prefer beer) or grab a handful of snacks.

They aren't good options, but they are the only options if the loading times bother you. At least until Bethesda patches the issue.

Increasing FPS will also make it load faster.

In the beginning my game was hardcapped at 30 FPS, and my loading screens took for ever.

Once i removed the FPS cap, using this link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=551069501

And then used a software to cap my FPS at 71 FPS my loading screens are now atleast 3-4 times faster.

PS: You must cap the game at 60-70 FPS or it will not function correctly!

On a side note... using a program such as ParkControl, and set the program to "max performance" will utilize all your CPU cores, which can give a performance boost.
