Console gaming = no mods. I'm sorry, I think consoles have their advantages too, but if you want mods you'll have to buy a computer.

(but you never know what the future holds. I think it's extremely hard to do, but maybe someone will find a way to hack a console to make some mods possible. Highly unlikely I would say, but where there's a demand there might be someone who finds a way)

It is possible to hard-wire your laptop to your xbox but, it will sever your access to live. There is a thing you can buy called an xsata that will connect your xbox to your computer without getting you banned; however, it can subject your xbox to viruses on your computer (and it costs $60.) You can find tutorials on how to hard-mod your xbox and you can shop for an xsata on-line but, it is better to just buy the computer version if you want mods.

Well if they are going to have a flying structure hidden in the game, there has to be a logical explanation as to what empowers it to float. TES may be a fantasy world, but even fantasy worlds have laws of reality and things spontaneously floating without cause isn't one of them hehe.

Sorry. I was in a rush a couldn't really say everything I wanted to. Naturally, there would have to be some explanation in the game for how it floats. What I meant to add was the fact that nobody knows about it would explain why it is not talked about in the lore of the games. Now if we were going to have this fortress, we would have to have some powerful force that keeps it up. It would probably be best if there was also a type of magic used to keep it hidden. The game designers could probably find many ways that will keep it lore friendly.

Floating castles are cool, but so are high mountain retreats, they wouldn't have to be towers like Frostcrag Spire, just something high enough up there that it might as well have been floating.
