Hope you can help (:

Light armor or robes

3/1/2 divide should work. Since you're an illusionist and will use e.g invisibility you will need quite a bit of magicka and not so much health.

Race: anyone you want, for aesthetical purposes. Racial abilities don't really matter. Some day bosmers are best for this but you can be anything.

I think the High Elf would be best due to the +10 in illusion to start with. Depends on what you want to use with it.

I suppose stuff like that are supposed to be an incentive to play a certain race for a certain class but still. Anyone can be a good mage.

Race: High Elf

Stone: The Mage Stone

Main Skills: Illusion,Alteration,Sneak

Other Skills: Restoration,One-Handed(Only Armsman Perk),Enchanting,Smithing(2-1 Perk points)

Health:Magicka Ratio: 1:2

What you think about this ?

And should i take one-handed or something(if i need to because i took sneak which gives me some extra sneak attacks)...

Should i use some weapon,if yes which one?

Thanks for fast answers XD

something I considered that would be awesome but not really viable, would be to use bound dagger (http://uesp.net/wiki/Dragonborn:Bound_Dagger#Bound_Dagger)

problem is it's hard to obtain early in the gam -, and I suppose you'd also need the quiet casting perk which requires high illusion skill.

Use a bound sword, novice spell. You could be a nord, brenton, high elf, anyone. For illusion I just happen to like the high elf. I even have a nord sorceress. Go with what you feel is right for what you want to do. I would stay with the mage stone. It will help you. Also, everytime you get ready to go into a dungeon, always sleep for at least 1 hour to get the bonus there also.

I have a thing about alteration, and do not use, do not like it. My opinion, and I always play as a sorceress. I would trade the alteration with conjuration. Use conjuration for your helpers in any dungeon while you stay hidden, working your magic. In Restoration, get the necromage perk in restoration. That perk will help you deal with the undead, including vampires. In illusion I would take all the perks, period.

In sneak, take the deadly aim perk, for when using the bound bow, it will give it 3x the damage, especially in sneak mode. Then only take 1 perk in stealth, and up the left side to silence.

All bound weapons can have poison put them, so I would invest in alchemy to make your own potions. They would be a lot stronger, especially the damage health and ravage health.

One challenge to overcome with an illussionist build is the fact that your spells do not affect undead until you get the master of the mind perk at level 90. At lower levels you will have to figure out how to handle dungeons full of draugur. There are a couple of options. One is to take a follower and use your illussion to buff them with courage and rally spells and have them take everything on. Another option is using conjuration and my favorite option is to use sneak and backstab. You can get the dark brotherhood gear as early as level one and draugur crypts are the perfect place to sneak up and do backstabs on the sleeping draugur. It levels senak extremely quick. Going through just bleak falls barrow and proving honor you can be sporting a 50+ sneak and x30 backstab damage. Both Sneak and illussion level pretty quick so in no time you can be pretty much untouchable with 100 sneak and 100 illusion. If you choose the sneak option bring a fllower as well just always have them wait at certain spots to allow you to sneak up and kill stuff. If things go south and you aren't able to kill the enemy run back to your follower and let them fight them.

Nothing beats a Nord. Not even those uptight yellow-skinned pointy-ears (whose heads always seem to roll around on the floor when I pass)

Well, telling you what perks you should and/or shouldn't use won't really work. Take a look at the skill trees and ask yourself "Will I have any use for this?"

Perks, unless cheating or using the legendary skill system, are in limited supply. 80 perks are at your disposal and there are 251 to choose from.

Here you go.

Illusion = all the perks

Sneak = stealth 1, deadly aim, silence

Restoration = novice to adept, recovery 2, necromage

Conjuration = novice to master

Alchemy = alchemist 5, physician, benefactor

Enchanting = enchanter 5, soul squeezer, extra effect

I personally do not put any points into anything but magicka till I reach level 25 / 30. Then I go 3 magicka, 1 stamina. I never have put points into health, for I do not need them. If you are going to use daggers, then take the assassin's blade perk in the sneak tree for 15x the damage with daggers in the sneak mode.

As an illusionist, the perks I listed should get you by just fine. I would just move conjuration to one of the main things, for you are going to need helpers. They are better than companions. My opinion.

Remember what CrazyGuy said. Just because you have an outline of what perks to use, does not mean mean they are going to work. It depends on how you play your character. I can outline stuff for my own sorceress, but it does not mean it is going to work. Some thing will change and you will end up changing things.

So if things do not work out, do not say I did not warn you. Several people have given great information, but just because I lined it out does not mean it will work for you.

If however you were to make the wrong choice, there's always the ending of the Dragonborn quest line to wait for.
