I started playing as one, and the thing that struck me was the lack of good necromancer homes. There are some, but nothing that quite suits my tastes, there was always something that put me off.
I have the armour, (contractor armour by Zerofrost, looks great for a necromancer):
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38386/?
The spells from:
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14009/?
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23625/?
and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35378/? (Not strictly spells, but very useful for a necromancer nonetheless).
So now the only thing lacking is a good necromancer home. If possible, is there one obviously made for a necromancer? As in dark, red, skulls, candles, cobwebs, ominous etc. I would prefer no quest as I want to move in straight away, but if there is a small quest that's fine. A cellar/basemant lab is essential as a necromancer would need somewhere to do his/her...um, you know, experiments in privacy. Alchemy and enchanter stations as standard. Ample storage but not over the top. Anything else like a prison, or something, would be nice but not necessary.
The thing I would not like: massive sprawling abodes with everything one could possible cram in, but not too small either. Something the size of a small manor or estate, not a castle, would be ideal.
Yes I did put "Necro" in the search over at Nexus and viewed the results, but like I said the ones I saw weren't particularly what I was after, and there weren't many. However there's over 50 pages in the abodes section alone, and while I could take time trawling through every single page going by the titles looking for anything interesting, (Dark, vampire, evil, etc...) it would take longer to check them all, not to mention downloading and checking them out in the game. So what I'm asking is for suggestions to save me some time, from someone who has already used/uses one and could recommend it.
Right, I think that's everything Thanks for reading.
