I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on good quest you had in mind to do because im replaying Oblivion lol

A Brush with Death is a good one.

Canvas the Castle, the Siren's Deception, Unfair Competition, Sanguine, Sheogorath and the quests involving the Jemane brothers are among my favorites. I'd also highly recommend the Shivering Isles.

Oblivion has many, many great quests through. I'd recommend just playing the game and stumbling across them, rather than seeking them out
