Any hints towards an Arena? : V

I don't know much about each city so I don't know if one has an arena in it and I also didn't see any achievements that hinted towards one (which i don't reall mind) so I was just curious if anyone knew anything about Skyrim also having an arena.

I loved it in oblivion and hope it returns.

I do not know if I liked the arena or found it extremely boring . I mean, it was cool, that feeling of one on one to the death. But it just lasted so long and was the same every single time :/

I think the idea of bar brawls (or fighting to convince people you are right!) with your own hands is much better.

actually... the quote was something like "not as you know it" or something similar...

hinting towards there being an arena, but nothing like the one in Cyrodiil... which im glad because it wouldnt fit.

from what weve been told by the devs... seeing a fighting pit in one of the cities is not a definite no

They basically said that just because the previous game had one, they don't need to include it.

Usually news about something left in or out doesnt leave me in shock but when hearing the live interview and Pete confirming no arenas, I was a bit shocked myself

arena was fun, I liked being the grand champion. But I guess its not horrible news. It would be relatively similar to oblivion if they added it to skyrim. Im sure there will be mods, and much more content to suffice

Pete followed up on that with Twitter and said there would be nothing even remotely similar to the arena in Oblivion.
