I lost my wife and can't find her its been a while and i forgot everything about her lol. Can i get married twice?

If you are on a system (ps3/360) I have not seen a way to get married twice. When I got turned into my wife was out and about and when I went out on a rage I killed her. Now I can't marry anyone... But if she is missing this has been reported as a glitch all over the net. I really hope this gets fixed. There is a lot of issues in wives/husbands and followers.
