Quick question: Any mages (and how many) in the

*Dark Brotherhood
*Companions
*Theives Guild

NPC mages? I don't think there are any in the Companions. Not sure about the DB and Thieves guild though.

If you mean players, my mage has only joined the College and it shall stay that way.

There is one in DB. I won't tell you more about him though. I don't think there is one in the thieves guild.

YES! I was hoping so. One QUICK QUESTION. Does he actually do missions (or at least gives the impression because I know the NPC's don't actually go out and assassinate) or is he like the Khajiit in Oblivion's where he merely sells spells.

He goes out and does assassinations. Some of his dialogue is actually quite humorous. Generally stuff about gentle hellos followed into melting faces off with fire.
