any mods that diversify dungeons?

Everyone knows the dungeons/caves etc in vanilla oblivion are a little, uh, samey, so I was just wondering if there are any mods about that make dungeons a little more unique? Had a good ol' search around but couldn't find anything...

Not really. There was a project aiming at this once upon a time, but the only ones released were http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13939 and http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14036 IIRC. There's also a WIP just started: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1156767-dungeon-overhaul/.

And, of course, OOO makes dungeons a bit more unique by adding new enemy factions, bosses, items etc., but it's not a dungeon overhaul per se and does a lot of other things as well.

cheers! Looking at that thread, I think I'll have to make do with OOO for now, and maybe check back in a year if that dungeon overhaul is still going : P I guess the biggest problem is all the conflicts that would arise...

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10466 changes the RGB settings to give dungeons different tints, which helps a bit. Be sure to put it further down in the load order or OOO will cancel it out. The mod has different esps letting you choose from subtle to drastic color changes.

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16417 redesigns the dungeons that vampires lived in to make them look more fitting, so you might be interested in that as well.

It's sadly not very friendly with OOO, though, as there are quite a few cases of clashes when it comes to containers and such (even with the OOO patch). Guess it depends on how sensitive one are to such things.

The Ayleid Steps. This doesn't address the sameness of vanilla dungeons, but does provide over 50 new and unique dungeon additions. This mod, in my opinion, belongs among the top couple of dozen mods ever made for the game. You can find it here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16316

Well, it does work with OOO for the greatest part. Faction issues have been resolved and the OOO vampire bosses are there. And IIRC it works with The Light of Dawn as well. Still, I don't have the time to go over every dungeon to hunt down item placement overlaps, so if someone is up to the job to fix that it would be nice.

Indeed. Yes, I don't want to give the impression that they are incompatible as the important stuff is ironed out now. Personally, though, I let SVVR go because of the cosmetic oddities such as floating/partly overlapped containers etc. But then I'm perhaps overtly sensitive to such things. But I do miss the nasty SVVR spells etc. so would love to see a thorough OOO patch. Alas, I'm not adept enough to make it.
