now that d.m, o.w.b, h.h and l.r have all been do you think bethesda and obsidian are planning anything new and if you do what would you like to see in it and where would you like to see it based and who should it revolve around e.g NCR, ceasers legion, brotherhood...?

There won't be any more DLC. Development-wise, they're done with New Vegas, no more patches and DLC.
