I just started playing recently, and it's ridiculous how badly I get stomped. And every killcam I see is somebody at least twenty levels higher than me with much better equipment. Are there any servers out there dedicated to low levels / total noobs?

The best way to learn is to get stomped. You get one of the best weapons in the game at the beginning, so weaponry isn't really and issue. Modules somewhat effect how you play, but not game breakingly so. Feel free to visit my channel and other's channels to get a gist of how to play:

I think there are some "New recruits" servers, but maybe only 1 or 2. You're gonna have to play an learn fast ;D
Remember that equipment doesn't matter when you get some skills. Some players take default "assault" class and raqe servers.
