Any non-Horse mounts planned sighted yet?

Yeah, those exist, but do we see them being ridden by anyone in TES games?

In real life, humans can't fling magic and vampires don't exist either. So what?

Nobody's asking for crazy and seemingly obnoxious forms of mounts. Creating and developing new semi-docile creatures to be introduced into the game wouldn't be breaking "Lore".

If Morrowind was made today, they would probably have been included. They were probably not included due to the technological limitations. They are still part of the lore.

Right now on this topic thus far, that is true. I have seen some really stupid and silly request for mounts and very concern about them. Thus, I always make a point of request that ZOS does not follow that stupid request for bear or pink bunny mounts.

Because there only live in Morrowind, they probably are bound to its ecosystem and should remain so. Also the word "Strider" implys their speed isnt anyway near horses. Otherwise they would be called "Silt Gallopers"

I'm a bit dubious about that: It would have been easy enough to place at least references to them as mount in the multiple wall-of-text conversations throughout the game.

Yet it was never done - or even hinted at.

I would confidently bet that that would just be an arbitrary exclusion, not an intentional exclusion on behalf of the story writers and game developers. Just because they were never mentioned or referenced doesn't exclude any future possibility.

Well Dunmer in Morrowind eat horses, they don't ride them, so kindly explain that.

Silt-Striders would make wonderful multi-person mounts actually.

I can bet a lot of things are being kept for later, including mounts and pets. An mmo needs to maintain the cool factor over time and exotic mounts add coolness. It's just a matter of time.

I'm holding out for my giant mudcrab mount. I don't care if it doesn't make me faster; I wants it.

As Dunmer, id like to ride my slave Kahjiit and Argonian rather then a horse, I respect horses!

Khajiit moves the tail to the side then sitting on floor. No issue using something similar to move the tail to the side then sitting on horse. only not so much, simply have it follow down the side back the leg.

They are also in Skyrim Dragonborn.

I tried to ride one of them in Morrowind, landed on top and took off levitation ring. Unfornatly because of the lack of physic I did not move with it and fell of then it moved a meter.
