If those two guys actually had READ what I wrote, that wouldn't have happened ... I was NOT asking for hacks or cracks or illegal stuff, neither do I want to discuss those ... but - READ THE SUBJECT - I was asking whether an OFFICIAL patch by Bethesda is PLANNED.

As mentioned in that other thread, several companies have released patches that "lift" the copy protection after the game has been on the market for some time.

Also, posting a thread that was locked for any other reason that 200 posts without the expressed permission of a moderator is also against the rules. Threads are usually locked for a reason. In this case, this site is the public front of a company, and while your post may be perfectly legit question, the company doesn't want another member to come along and say, "Nope, but you can get one from site XYZ". It is easier for the moderators all round if all discussion is banned.

There are no plans to my knowledge to remove any copy protection from the games on the market.

Please do not repost locked topics without first consulting a moderator - it's in the rules.
