or at the very least send them flying so far if im very very lucky I can send dogs into the sky usen five fingers of the mountain but its very rare ... what id liek to do is have this happen constantly but with people and trolls

would useing paralyze be helpful for this or no ? i have 300 magicka level 100 illusion and destruction and at least level 55 in every other mage skill

Im not sure you can guarantee it without mods but electricity would be the best to try as sometimes It can send peopel flying. But I really dont believe it is possible.

Try area affects. I created a fireball once with an area affect and it sent people flying. Not right up in the air, but they were flung around a bit definitely.

No real guaranteed way of doing it AFAIK, without mods. Paralyzed, they just behave like statues (no ragdoll physics) and you can only get minimal flying distance with them.

You might want to experiment with a double shot, like the way that Enemies Explode has two different fire damage effects combined. Try something like that with shock, and see if it has the effect you're looking for. (I don't think anything is going to fly very far.) Experiment with durations and areas of effect.

Killing with elemental magic, particularly fire i think, has the effect of sending the victim flying. I don't think there is any way to enhance that effect.

BTW, I like the way a skeleton's skull will pop off, very high into the air, if killed with the right magic (eg fileball).
