Indeed it is. :] A somewhat weird, interesting, and definitely different take on the post-apocalyptic world that might experience nuclear warfare. The surface of the world is full of moronic barbarians out to basically eat and [censored], while the underground, vault-like part of the world is full of a dystopia based on extremes of southern conventions of around that time(people could be killed off just because they didn't act cheery enough and the administrative group didn't like them).

More on focus, sent you a PM-I'd say the concept you had is own its own good enough to make an RP out of, but I still made a couple of comments for the sake of bouncing off ideas.
