Doing this took me about 15 minutes. I'm on PC and had to use setangle x,y,z (value). Are there any other better ways to do something like in the pic but on a bigger scale? I have an xbox controller gaming receiver too, but I haven't figured out how to rotate items while it's being held, unlike in Oblivion. Am I missing something? Or is it botched across all playforms -_-

Any shortcuts to do this faster through console if its the only way?

As it is right now I have to type 3 separate lines. Setangle x, setangle y, setangle z...quite tedious. Is there some sort of copy and paste function? Is there a way to MOVE items through the console? So that I could move things like 1 inch this way or that way?

You entered and exited the cell a few times after dropping them right? Otherwise they'll go back to where you dropped them.

There is a mod that helps with decorating, allowing you to change angles with just a press of a button.
