Hi. You people must know - im noob with admin interface. Today i found firs time a AntiCheatConfig. Is this working? What can i add there? I never heard about this before, so im interested in. Now it is empty.

The anti-cheat is basically useless. Your best bet would be to get off on a good start. Join the C3CG group here http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Crysis_3 and share a global banned list. The group is new and already has over 500 members. The list adds hackers/cheaters as they are banned from affiliated servers. You get instant email notifications on all live bans. All you have to do is add the bans. Cheaters won't even be able to get in your servers. Affiliate admins can also monitor who's playing on other C3CG servers and will notify the admins immediately. Group members even help populate the servers. You can rest at ease knowing you have the most extensive ban list on your servers. There is also an admin tool made by Siggy which does some neat things.

Agree with Geronimo, the only way you can get cheat protection these days is by joining C3GC and downloading IMSiggys Crysis 2 admin tool.
