I'm looking for a nice hideout/home for the Sarek character I'm planning.
I had one at some point, though it clashed badly with Sea of Destiny, though I've since uni'd that, though now I can't locate the mod I used previously.

Small quest, and an underwater palace again with see-through windows.

Both modders, CanadianIce and Korana, do excellent work, so you won't find anything broken in either mod. Expect to enjoy yourself.

Something's keeping the dialogue that I need to travel to the palace from showing in the special NPC's topic list in Hla Oad for Koranna's Pearl Palace.
Ran the it through the pluggin conflict detector and it says some alchemy ingredients might have issues, but that's not related to the dialogue

I'd suggest contacting Korana about this. She does appear on these boards, mostly on Oblivion, and shows up both on TES Nexus and PES. I've found her helpful in the past where problems are concerned.

Did you try adding the topic to the NPC using the console? Just select the NPC and use the "addtopic X" X=whatever is supposed to show up. You can open the mod in the CS and look in the dialogue listings to actually find the specific topic, if you don't know what it's supposed to be.

I used coc to get to the palace.
Turns out it impact's my frames pretty severely (I know Korana said something about this in the readme, though I truthfully didn't think it would affect my computer that badly) so I wont be using it anyway.
From what I saw though it was gorgeous inside.

I doubt if Korana helps with mod problems. She totally abandoned Morrowind and also don't offer any help with the mods anymore.
I have once contacted her through mail, because i got some problems with a mod of her. That was short after she decided to abandon Morrowind. I mailed to all 3 of her mailaddresses that were listed in the mods, at here and on her site, but i got no single response.
It was just a polite mail and i explained in it that i was aware of her deciscion. But no luck. I guess it's now a matter of you can use the mods but at own risk.

Yes, Pearl Palace brings even my system to a crawl but it's worthwhile. Truly beautiful and as all of Korana's mods are, very homey for all it's grandeur. CI's Hideaway is also an FPS hog of immeasurable proportions. I hear it gets better with a very up to date gaming rig but :shrug: There's also a few ship homes and a submarine but I'm guessing that you only want underwater?
