If you know how to use the TES Contruction Set, you can also modify a 'global' value handling the in-game time scale by clicking on Gameplay, selecting Globals... in the drop-down menu, then searching an ID labeled Timescale in the list, and finally changing its value.
Knowing that the default value is set at 30 (1 minute in real life = 30 minutes in-game, or a full 24 hours day in-game corresponding to 48 minutes in the real life), you can change it by the value of your choice. The lower is the concerned value, the longer is the time scale, and vice-versa.
Some examples:
240 > 1 minute in real life = 4 hours in-game
60.00 > 1 minute in real life = 1 hour in-game
15.00 > 1 minute in real life = 15 minutes in-game
8.00 > 1 minute in real life = 8 minutes in-game
1.00 > 1 minute in real life = 1 minute in-game (realtime gameplay)
Of course, when you've done the changes, save the modification in a new .esp file.
Hope this will be helpful.
