Any tips for playing master at a low level?

Post » Wed Mar 13, 2013 10:42 pm

Im getting my but kicked. Im trying to play as a warrior and limiting myself to 1h/2h/block/smithing. I could easily just do a sneak character with archery or somthing like that, but what are some tips on surviving for a cliche warrior?

use your perks specifically the block perks. shield bash when they're going for a power attack.

One should never rush. Limit yourself to one enemy at a time.

Even if you're a mage, focus on boosting health heavily. Try to rush it to about 300. Because armor scales more aggressively at high amounts you need high base health to protect yourself at low levels.

Also don't be afraid to use companions. Especially if you aren't on a tanky class. a shield based class should be able to handle just about everything that isn't a mage without much trouble.

Finally, food(restore stamina over time food) can really help against the bosses of dungeons who tend to be disproportionately strong for their level.

Focus 100% on combat skills, remember to walk back and forth in combat (you can dodge 90% of enemies atacks this way...), and join the companions for their skyforge steel weapons.
