I think it's possible, but very unlikely.

There souldn't be unless they chose to keep living in it or like Vault City the people built a settlement outside of the Vault but still make use of the Vault.

By this point it has been over 200 years. Vault 13 wasn't supposed to open for something like 200 years but the Waterchip thing happened and Vault 101 was never supposed to open. How many long term isolation experiments do you really need? Only 122 vaults and 17 of them were control Vaults with no experiment.

Styles is right, but there is the human aspect: We know what we have, not what we are getting. A well functioning vault might very well decide that the wastes and its New life simply isnt worth it, or it could be trapped inside a faultline. I dont think we have seen the last intact Vault.
