any way to actually achieve high FPS in this game?

so, i've been using wasdie's advanced graphics option tool for a while now (http://www.wasdie.blogspot.com),
however i feel that it doesn't give me enough options to tweak.

so, instead, i opted in to use a manual config creator, found here: http://cell-systems.net/cfg-maker/client-cfg-maker/create-crysis2%E2%80%9D-autoexec-cfg/

however, once i put all the values to 0 (the lowest) my game won't even start. all i get is an error message after the loading screen.

which brings me to my question: is there any config out there / any way to actually mod the values in c2 so you achieve 60+ FPS? even with max fps set to 250 i rarely go above 60 FPS.

i'm running a hd4850 (old card, i know, but surely capable of 60+ FPS with values tweaked). catalyst control center (ccc) has vsync turned off, so does c2. i've also modified the mipmaps to be of "high performance" instead of "high quality" in ccc, which boosted my fps by 10-15.

i'd just like to add, running 800x600 puts me steady above 100 FPS.

getting Graphical settings to low you will achieve obviously higher FPS than you have on present configuration.
