The hotkeys I'm referring to are the ones you cannot change from the options menu. The favorites menu and the Hold Breath hotkeys for sniper rifles cannot be changed and I'd like to be able to rebind them to something else. Since I don't use WASD, pressing Alt to hold my breath is a bit awkward and since I prefer to use sniper rifles exclusively in Fallout games, this is going to be an annoyance down the road.

I've checked the three ini files in My Games/Fallout 4, but I was wondering if someone knew of another one somewhere that had the hotkeys set in them.
