Does anyone else' Illia have this gray neck and face, mismatched to the rest of her body?

I spent the last 3 hours reading about fixing the gray face bug in the Creation Kit, but i can't get anything to work for her in my game.

It's possible that the first pick has the High Resolution pack or just some mod.

The second one looks just about what Illia looks like in my game.

She is like this in my game too. Xbox.

Other NPC's look nothing like this. Her face and neck are so far different from her body! This has me really frustrated.
