Anybody else thoroughly enjoying the Multiplayer

as the game doesn't even work right, so if this is refreshing to you then god help gaming!
How, IYO, does it not even work right in all aspects?

have you even read some of the topics on here, and like the guy said this game copy's COD, ok COD is on an old engine, but if this is what happens when you make a game that on a new engine and ends up playing like this then i would rather have an old engine as at least i can say it works.
I asked you to prove it, because I want to see it from your POV.

I asked you to prove it, because I want to see it from your POV.

- The Hit Detection
- The Lag
- Upgrades/Modules not working
- Weapons are unbalanced (Scrab, Scar, Feline are over powered)
- Energy depleting for no reason
- Host Migration (is a joke)
- Major Graphical glitches

I could go on but i see you haven't stated how this is refreshing, as its no different to other games yet they don't seem to be this bad

If you check again, it wasn't me claiming that the game was refreshing.

explain how its refreshing?

as the game doesn't even work right, so if this is refreshing to you then god help gaming!

This is my opinion of Crysis2 multiplayer...I find it refreshing that I can approach MP matches in various styles of play. Instead of running and gunning/twitch gameplay from something like COD.

Sooo am I not supposed to have my own opinion on this subject...am I to obey and follow only your opinion.

It is 'MY OPINION' that you're an a$$...how's that?

Yeah im an a$$ and your point is???

i never said you had to follow what i say, but for me this game is not refreshing at all, as you say you can approach the matches in various styles, so can you on any other game, as yes COD is a run an gun, but to me so is this as the maps have not been designed for any type of team play, i have yet to see any choke point, defense positions for any of the game types.

the stats in this game mean nothing, as since when did a silencer lower anyone's mobility? if you find the game refreshing then fair enough (glad your enjoying it) but in 2 weeks the game will be done with, as people will either go back to COD or something else that comes out.

your welcome, don't forget though to trade it in soon or you'll not get much for it lol

see i love how you completely ignore my points of how the game has BIG problems!

I can now see why people wait a month or two before picking games up, due to alot of gamers knowing Dev's are just releasing games half done!

Man, after reading numerous threads in the PC forums...I feel we got it better then them. Seems like almost all their multiplayer matches are plagued with constant cheaters. I know there's xbox moders out there somewhere, but I haven't come across one yet...just boosters.

I feel bad for them...

Now...where's our patch Crytek >(

Man, you guys are grouchy! Everyone's entitled to there own opinion.... You either love it or you hate it. I've been playing with my mate, I'm getting really into it, bugs aside, I'm giving it a chance; but my mate really hates it, he can't put up with all the glitches etc. So I think we have to understand that people have different levels of patience and different interests and most of all, different opinions that they are entitled to. I do find it odd when I'm shooting someone in the back for ages and then they just turn around and kill me with 1 shot with the same gun. But then I get the satisfaction of feeling the same when I do it to them.

I really like the game, yeah there are problems but I think people get carried away with moaning. I think most of the issues will be fixed soon. Still an awesome game.

The problem is all the frustration arises from the lack of commincation from Crytek - They said that a host of issues were FIXED on March 31st.

It has been just short of 3 weeks and the level of information provided is pathetic - KR4KKEN told the forum that several rounds of DLC are coming soon (retold from an in-game chat with one of the devs) and yet all the bugs are still waiting to be resolved. Hopefully the new patch will clear MS certification and be ready sometime this week, but why can't the official outlet provide that information? And if it is anything like the previous patch, remediating almost nothing (not anything that really needs to be fixed anyway) I won't be wasting money on DLC.

We have already paid them for a nearly finished product and they very shortly afterwards want more money? No Thanks

You're welcome. I seriously do hope that region filtering is patched into the game.

As for Brink, IDK, I'm reserving my opinion until I see some jaw dropping gameplay.

I'm going to LMAO if they release the DLC before the patch.

I'd still buy it though.

I absolutely love this game, but the connectivity issues are unbearable at times. People that are able to take 3 bursts from Grendel while they're unarmoured and still kick your a** with a quick spray from the Feline or Scarab is a bit annoying. I don't like this "selling broken games and then try to repair them after the release"-business model.

Would you rather buy games that are broken and not repaired at all?

I have to admit crysis 2 multiplayer is way better than black ops and homefront but it could use a bit more variety like different guns

Despite the lag issues, I am really enjoying this game. Crytek makes some amazing maps. The cloaking/armor add a level of depth and strategy not found anywhere else.

The number of people playing a certain game does not determine its quality.

I mean, just take a damn look at COD -________-

If it wasnt for all my friends not playing it I would probably still be playing it daily. I have reached lvl 30 WITHOUT BOOSTING (1 major problem). I love it cause it allows me to go parkour and devestate my opponents. Sanctuary is my beast map and SCAR w/ Reflex and Grenade launcher is my weapon of choice although I use many guns.
