In my original post, I should have worded it better, but I favoured the potential use of non combat perks. I guess this is just hypothetical, because I haven't used the perks, but the concept of adding massive % to combat just sounds like a game breaker for me. I always loved the concept of becoming super strong in RPG's, but then when I revisited my saves, I found the World became unrewarding and boring because you could just walk through every enemy in every location, where as before, the sense of reward was greater when you were met with a challenge. Take money in this game, for example. Finding a purse of 12 gold really feels good early in the game, then suddenly, you really couldn't even care less about picking it up. The more you develop in a game, the more charm and reward you remove, sometimes. But that is taking it to the extreme, since I'm still at an early stage. I guess I don't want this game to ever end, but at the same time, I do not want the infinite quest line to be rendered unfruitful because everything I'm rewarded with is met without challenge and no longer holds any value. Speaking nonsense? I guess I'm scared of developing in this game because I love the World in it and the sense of exploration and danger. I'm full of contradictions and crap, I really did wake up funny in the head today. hahahaha, forgive and forget me

To add, I would never call this game easy. MASTER mode has it's killers. I'm more hinting at maximum character level and skill, which I assume will make everything that bit easier even without the perks, hence not wanting to use the combat perks until I can gauge the scale of enemy levelling cap.
