I'm no mod expert but I'm assuming it's conflicting with another mod?

I'm thinking maybe you have a custom tattoo mod, and you are accidentally using a texture that is only intended to show you where to place your custom images.

About the tattoo thing,I am using the Mystic Elf race mod.I don't remember exactly but I think it showed up after installing a body replacer.

"Ren's Beauty Pack" & "Cobl Races" both have mystic elves (well cobl has hidden elves but they are based on mystic elves). If it is Cobl did you install the Cobl Cosmetic Resources? I could be way off but I thought I'd mention it.

Perhaps the replacer installed over the mystic elves tattoo texture. If so wouldn't reinstalling Ren's Beauty Pack/Cobl cosmetic resource pack fix it?

It's because your body mesh doesn't match your body texture.
For example, if the body mesh is for Fantasy Figure but the body texture is HGEC then the error message text will show on the body.
Make sure you use correct body version of the armor.
