I love playing Fallout 3 as a sandbox survival game.

I have it where I want it in terms of weather, rarity of health, ammo and food items.

I have monsters and mutants galore.

The one thing I haven't been able to find is a mod that reduces high end equipment. It is hard to "un-remember" that right near Megaton is an apartment with 3 Talon soldiers all wearing combat armor.

Anyone know if there is a mod that makes what NPCs wear and wield much more low end (more leather, 10mm etc.) ???

Offhand, I can only think of the Harsher Wasteland portion of the FWE settings.

Also, this probably should have been in the Mod Detectives thread.
