Anyone created or played as the Ebony Warrior?

As per title I've had an idea for a while now about playing an ebony warrior type character. This character would develop exactly the same skills as the ebony warrior and would of course eventually meet him for a hopefully epic battle.

.
Back storey would be along the lines that my character trained at the same temple/academy as the ebony warrior and has been sent to assassinate him by his/her superiors for reasons unknown. I was also thinking maybe a Stalhrim warrior with the same skill set from another temple/academy (back storey] still needs some work.
This play through would obviously require me to play on legendary which is something I havn't tried as yet otherwise trying to get to level 80 for the final showdown will require my character becoming a "jack of all trades" which rather defeats the object.
A warm up battle for the final showdown with Kastaag would be necessary and a good measure of how his skills are developing. Thoughts?

Sounds very challenging and interesting.

Some say the EW isn't a mere mortal though...

If I could see his face then I'd create him. I did make a female version of him though.

I started playing on legendary and am doing better then expected. Chop wood in order to get some good armor. If you actually mean "starting" as an Ebony warrior, your best bet would be to train with Alvar. Requires a boatload of Firewood, Smithing levels, etc. But possible.

Don't rely on Sven as an early follower. He literally doesn't do anything until he gets hit.

You do not need to become a Jack of all trades. When you reach level 100, simply reset that skill and start levelling it again.

The only NPC I actually roleplayed as is a Whiterun Guard. So I cannot offer any better tips about your Ebony Warrior.

Might try this though, his skills are kinda similar to my first character (who I had to delete because of patches..)

One of the easiest ways to get level 80 would be to max enchanting and enchant Fortify Alteration on your gear to reduce the cost to 0 (or if you're high enough to find items with 25% Fortify Alteration), then use telekinesis.

Since I always end up retiring characters in their 40's because I don't enjoy doing everything on one character I ended up doing these just so I could see what Legendary Dragons and the Ebony Warrior were like for a change.

Post 1.9 folks are entitled as hell :P. Before 1.9, it was good ol' grinding every skill until 100. If you missed out on the Oghma Infinium, then it's time to pack on heavy armor, risk dying without saving for a long time, and let a Briarheart hit you repeatedly for an hour or so. Then repeat the same thing with light armor. :meh:
