I'm missing some crucial parts to the new PC I'm building that I was supposed to have on Thursday - at the latest. The parts were first delayed to Friday, then to today, then today, they said to try again on Monday. First, the warehouse was inaccessible because they were moving. Now, the store selling them is having a huge "grand opening" of their new store/warehouse, and my parts are in that warehouse. Of course, it being a huge all-weekend opening event with tons of sales, the place is crowded. There's a line of about 4h just to get into the building, not to mention how long it'd take to wait in line at the warehouse pick-up area. My CPU, PSU and mobo are at the far end of that line.
So yes, I'll join the delay club. I'm not as pissed off about it as I was yesterday, when I was pretty much fuming.
I'll have plenty of time to play Skyrim later, and now I have the possibility of studying for upcoming exams while I wait, which I
never would have done if not for the delay.
The game is staring at me from across the room, though. It wants to be played. Like. Now.
