Anyone else don't want be attacked by every npc they meet ou

What I mean is every time we leave outside a city we meet the crazies.. There should obviously people outside to fight but lets have not populate every camp site and standing outside every cave and inside. I would like to meet some npcs that we could talk to at camp sites and on the road and especially when you go into some churches, outside a city, you find psycho waiting to kill you. Also why is every vampire out to kill you? did they all starve in the caves they got blood thirsty? Only 2 vampires in oblivion were talkative. I hope they make the camp sites more like red dead redemption, where you can talk, get info and possible quest.

It can be annoying (Far Cry 2, I'm looking at you). But I didn't find this to be much of an issue in Oblivion.

It wasn't noticeably annoying in Oblivion, although it would be nice to run into more "friendly" people while out in the wilds. Also bandits should think twice about attacking you when you're clearly heavily armed and armored.

I think this was the point of the little 2 houses and an inn villages in Oblivion, the trouble was they were all the same, and didn't give you much of a reason to stay after you did the possible one quest related to the place ( potato bread, anyone? ).
They seem to have fixed the towns, making them larger, which does leave a hole for friendly out of the way places. Even a few empty campsites, where you could stash stuff without fighting bandits every three days, would be nice.

It wasn't so bad in Oblivion, and good enough in Morrowind. Fallout was also pretty good, but i know where you are going with it and agree.

I think somewhere in the info they said that even animals and beasts of some sort will not attack you unless provoked. So hopefully there will be people to encounter in the wilderness, but maybe they will talk to you first, realize your presence ya know, not just run at you and start attacking you.

They already said not everybody will attack you. People, read the bloody articles and then start asking questions, that's my moto at least.

They're Vampires....it's what they do.

They drink human blood, therefore they're going to attack.

I know it's nice to have some Vampires who don't attack, but the idea is that they are scary things. I know that whenever I went into a cave in Oblivion, that was filled with vampires, I'd always feel a bit more anxious than when I was in a bandit cave.
