Anyone else excited about the changes to enchanting?

Previously, enchanting weapons and armor, while rewarding in their applications, felt uninspired during their creation. I'm very excited to see more effort put into enchanting. As we know, you must first breakdown a magical item to learn enchantments. I'm not sure how involved breakdown items will be, but hopefully you can retain separate components. Also, it's now a skill (like in MW, I think), which will be nice since we'll have perks to go along with it. Enchanting has moved from a peripheral, boring aspect of the game to hopefully one that is more dynamic and exciting. Does anyone else have any other information about enchanting? I'm going off the Q&A.

Well I don't know how good it's going to be, but I can't imagine could be more boring.

Id be interested to know if I can enchant a ring to constantly regenerate a few points of mana and/or health.

I am exuberant about the changes to enchanting! I think it's so cool and accessible that you must breakdown a magic item to gather its effects! Also, I hope you can enchant paper and make scrolls.

Enchanting is my favorite element in TES. I can't wait to play around with it! Unfortunately there is even less armor slots. Hopefully we can wear clothing underneath, but I highly doubt it.
