Anyone else get their internet through their phone?

I'm running Crysis2 on a PS3 and live in the boonies where I don't get cable or DSL, so I have to rely on my cell phone. I'm curious to know whether my frustrations are due to the game or my internet connection. I know a lot of people complain about lag, but I wonder how cable/DSL lag compares to what I experience with my 3G connection? Any experiences?
My main issue is having to pump an entire magazine into a guy to kill him (or almost kill him and have him turn around and kill me immediately). In almost every scenario when I am killed, it only takes 1-3 bullets, but I have to unload into someone to kill them. Is this due to lag? Sure wish I was the guy getting single shot kills! I'm so frustrated I want to scream!
Anyway, that's my main issue. I actually have very little else to complain about with this game, even with 3G internet. I've had zero connection problems. Frame rate does drop a little when shooting, though. Graphics are awesome! Just wish it was a fair match when I'm trying to gun someone!

I'd imagine your pings are horrible with 3g. So yes, it's your connection.

If you can do it somehow, try going to pingtest.net and running a test. Anything over 50 is pretty bad, anything over 100 is terrible and anything over 150 is move to somewhere with broadband :P

That site looks like it's just for computers. Can Java be run on cell phones??? Would the speedtest be a decent test as well? If so, what would be some good numbers?
