Here is a first look review I put together:
Well, now that its out I can say that this game does not disappoint. It picks up from it's predecessor well.
NOTE: I PLAY WITH AN OFFICIAL RACING WHEEL WHICH GIVES A BETTER AND MORE ACCURATE DRIVING EXPERIENCE THAN A REMOTE.
I was lucky enough to get the pre order bonuses.

Free Credits Review:
This I did not expect to get (to be honest I expected none of the bonuses because I didn't know that I was going to get them). The 1 million credits really help you start off because that is a generous amount of money to receive for free. So great stuff there.
Precision Pack Review:
So far from this pack I've driven all the cars apart from the Megane. From the 5 in the pack the Pagani is the best and then comes the Ford, the Ford has awful acceleration from a standing start but is good everywhere else. the Alpine is fun and the Lancia is a bit mad. I would Strongly advise for all cars to be driven with Racing Soft Tyres.
Torque Pack Review:
In this pack I've driven everything but the Audi and Nissan. The Dodge is goo fun though I had a spectacular and unexpected crash on the Nurburgring Nordschleife (which I'm quite good at).
At one point on the track there i a small high speed jump which in a normal car is perfectly safe, but in the Viper I made the jump and as I was in the air, my nose began to weigh me down and I did an entire front flip.
The Corvette (when un-tuned) is a bit too slow for my liking and its wheel feels very strange (It feels as if it tries to turn on its own, but when you turn it, it is really slow, clumsy and a bit defiant).
The Tesla is awful, too clumsy and too slow.
Main Game Review:
The Game itself is great fun. The colossal array of cars is bigger than ever and there are more tracks than before.
The beginning of the game can be a bit irritating for a GT veteran because it immediately opens to a tutorial that you can't skip, now, that's not bad, but it pauses the game at various points to give you tips and it can be annoying.
Once you pass the tutorial you will be greeted and have some notifications sent. The first thing you should then do is go to the settings and adjust the controls to your liking (If you have a wheel with a gear stick [and if you don't use the gear stick]) make the controls so that when you pull it back, the car goes into reverse (this can be very handy).
Then go to the dealership. You WILL have to buy a Honda Jazz (that is the only car it will let you buy). Once you've bought that, sell it immediately and buy a Mini cooper from 2007 or 2011 (if you have enough money).
Then go to the 'Novice' Series and start blasting around the tracks. If you are a beginner you are better off driving with all of the driving aids on.
The beginning races have really annoying tyre limitations so you are always limited to rubbish tyres for the first couple of series.
Once you have completed all the races in the series, you will unlock some side events and the driving test for the series.
At some point you will also unlock the multiplayer and special events.
Good Points:
Lives up to expectations
Colossal Collection of cars
1 million Free credits
Precision pack
Torque pack
Lots of tracks
Bad Points:
Top Gear test track is not in this game
I personally find Silverstone thoroughly disgusting (to flat and too blind, not at all what I expected)
I really wamted to see the Ariel Atom, Gumpert Apollo and BAC mono in the game.
Beginning tutorial and tyre limitations can get annoying
My Verdict:
Free credits: 10/10
Precision pack: 8/10
Torque pack: 8/10
Actual Game: 8/10 (For now)
Total: 34/40
Average: 8.5/10
