...curing Vampirism? No, I do not mean that there's too many Dragons, rather that I have noticed that Dragons stopped spawning sometime after I had cured vampirism on my Altmer Mage.

There was a few random dragon spawns, but they stopped after I visited Ustengrav (part of the MQ). Do Dragons stop spawn before you talk to Delphine? OR have I encountered a bug?

I'm not sure about the vampirism part, but on my Level 34 Bosmer character, I had a long period of no random dragon spawns between visiting Ustengrav and talking to Delphine. I finally met her, then met her again in Kynesgrove to kill the named dragon there. I hadn't even left Kynesgrove when I got a random frost dragon attack, and then got a blood dragon attack not 10 minutes later near one of the giant camps south of there. So I guess my dragon drought is broken. I still need two more souls to unlock words I've learned, though.

Guess I will need to finish that part of the quest then.

I actually did meet up with a random dragon after I had posted the thread, but no others have shown up since.
