Is anyone else just pissed at Bethesda?

Post » Wed Apr 17, 2013 9:00 am

Seriously. What the [censored]? After Dragonborn was released Bethesda basically said that there would be more. Then they decide to just end it. Seriously? What [censored]? All we get is [censored] Legendary mode? I was expecting an actual expansion pack bigger than Dragonborn and Dawnguard combined but all we get is [censored] Legendary mode? What the [censored]? This is what pissed me off the most, Bethesda said they would have more content after Dragonborn came out. Not just [censored] Legendary mode.

Also, do they really have to pool assets this early for Fallout 4? Skyrim just doesn't feel finished and its just not fair to TES fans. Fallout fans got more DLC fans, but TES games always have less DLC than Fallout games. What the [censored]? More people care about TES than Fallout.

I'll agree on one thing. Skyrim's story arc doesn't really feel finished.

Other than that, I'd say you are on the anger stage.

But it was still a good game, a great game actually. Now just look forward to guns and post-apocolyptic mutations :disguise:

I was always on the anger stage and I don't think I'll stop being angry. Seriously? Fallout 4? You [censored] stop DLC development this early just for a game franchise TES fans could care less about?

I am not sure why they would just leave skyrim,Thats for sure. I mean i know they want to work on their next game. But i dont get why leave it like this? So unfinished and so many unanswered questions. Just asking. Why would anyone leave it like this? I have accepted their descision. But i still think its an horrible decision.

Calm yourself, relax a little.

If you want my opinion, the ps3 thing threw them off schedule and at the end of the day they decided it would be best to move on rather than try it all over again with another dlc.

I doubt it was a unanimous decision within Bethesda, but the heads made the call they thought was best. Beth has done well enough by me, so I can respect their decision and look forward to their next work.

From the threads on this forum, most people here played the game for hundreds of hours. Some people like Colonel claim to have several thousand hours. Hundreds to thousands of hours of entertainment for a $60 game.

But you deserve more?

Take a deep breath OP, back off from the keyboard and realize that you've come down with a serious case of First World problems.

Like most things that aren't truly a big deal, this will pass.

I guess their [censored] excuse would be that they've run out of ideas but you and me both know that's a load of [censored]. There's tons of ideas in the TES lore waiting to be exploited and expanded. Like Atmora or Dragonstar.

3,200+ and still loving it. I am accepting what is done and just playing the game until TES VI.

If that's the case then [censored] Sony and their [censored]. Seriously, cellmicroprocessors for a [censored] console? They're trying to run video games and blu-ray movies not the [censored] thrust controls for a damn space shuttle. If Sony didn't make the PS3's architecture hard to develop for just for hte sake of innovation then the PS3 would have been less problematic to develop for. I'm glad the next generation of consoles are going to use architecture similar to the PC.

I'm a TES fan, but I'm not ready to say screw Fallout or anything like that. That's no more fair than not having a lot of Skyrim DLC.

The MQ?
No, Civil War mainly. Although I feel it may be resolved in-between, or during, Skyrim and the next TES.

I care about it.

And no, I'm not angry that they stopped producing DLC. But then again, I don't have a spoiled sense of entitlement either.

We should at least push Bethesda to give modders for planned mods like Issgard so PC mods for new lands can be done more quickly.

I am happy they are moving onto Fallout, I was severely disappointing with Skyrim.
You can't blame Sony, when Bethesda are the ones making a game with a [censored] engine.
