Thinking that Ulysses was massing a large army big enough to Challenge the Legion and the NCR... then the bombs... yep... Nukes to "reset" everything. This tells me why Ulysses thought that the BoS was the only capable faction on "living" because, well they have already endured Nuclear war before High Majority of there Equipment and Caches of weapons are underground and wont be effected if chosen to Bomb both sides... but holy cow, Nuking both major factions would REALLY Reset Modern Civilization....

I'm kinda confused like... WTF just happened.
