Depending on what kind of job I'll have by then I'll try to take the day off and otherwise wait until I get home... and then play. PLAY UNTIL I PASS OUT BEHIND MY PC FROM SHEER AWESOME. :mohawk:

Not 24 hours straight, no, but I am planning on a full week off work with about 5-6 hours a day enjoying Skyrim :)

Very likely, I'll play for 24hrs or near 24hrs on release day.

I'm definitely going to take the week following the release off from work. I'll have a nice chunk of time off to immerse myself in Tamriel's north.

Yeah. Not sure about 24hrs. But at least 12. I'll be taking the day off work if the release is on a week day. Hmmm I need to check the calendar.

Probably not. It depends if I have the time to fit Skyrim in with my Fable trilogy marathon.

Nope, because:

1) I have a life. :P
2) I don't want to finish the game in one day.
3) I have uni to attend to, and work to do.

1) That's no excuse!
2) I plan on buying two copies, so I can finish twice in one day.
3) Drop trou, flip the bird, play Skyrim.

No idea. Not that sort of gamer. I treat it like a form of entertainment(Other than the original two Fallouts ergo 3 and New Vegas too) Plus I've never owned or really played a Elder Scrolls game. But I will mostly

Because of Bethesda being the new Fallout overlords and some odd(And some pretty cool) friends insistence and talks about Morrowind and Oblivion. Then there was that one time I made the terrible mistake of asking if Morrowind was like Runescape.

Oh man did I get it -handed- to me *Rubs butt, no homo*

But yeah look forward to playing it and enjoying it aswell. Plus the engine and seeing if the writing is back or better than pre-Oblivion levels gives insight to how grand Fallout 4 will be.

Till then eagerly waiting for Deus Ex: Human Revolution(Aka Deus Ex 3 and the game that will own IW but we can only hope matches the first Deus Ex) and Rockstar/Team Bondi's collaborated L.A. Noire effort in the coming months.

24 hours??!!

On 11.11.11, I will bid the world a final farewell and descend into my 2012 bunker with my game, plenty of coffee, pop, containers of spam, cartons of cigarettes(don't smoke kids), boxes of sugar smacks, 'skooma' and of course a good food sanitizer and there I will remain and sate my Skyrim fix until january 2013, at which point I will emerge and begin my new game--Fallout 3D. :vaultboy:

Certainly not.

I value sleep way too highly. In addition, I may have a job, though if it's at all possible I do intend to try and get the day off.

Really, thinking about it, Bethesda's marketing scheme is perfect. Release it on a day that many people may have off DIRECTLY before a weekend, which many people do have off. Three straight days of possible nothing to do.

As for my planned schedule? Sleep until I can't sleep anymore, and depending on my method of purchasing the game, get it as soon as I can after I wake up. If I reserve it at a store, be outside when that store opens. If I buy it from Steam, have it preloaded and ready to play the moment I roll out of bed.

That said... it is very likely that the night of November 10th, I will not be sleeping all that well. Anyone have any tips for how to sleep? I'd rather enjoy Skyrim on a full night's sleep than be tired and potentially hostile towards it.

No sir, I might have a 4 hour jog, but no marathon. Even if I could, I wouldn't, just not my style.

I miss the days of marathon gaming on Morrowind and Oblivion. I want to do the same on the weekend Skyrim is out (but with sleep at night), however my girlfriend would get mad... so I think I'll be taking some time off during weekdays :)

Not 24. I need my beauty sleep. At the most, 12. And I might have a job, since I turn 15 in October.

That ship has sailed my friend, can as well make it 30-ish. :frog:

Depending on if I can get the game on the 11th, I'm sure I'll put in a good amount of hours. But definitely not 24!
