I suppose I like Dragonborn's quests more because the ones I've found so far are much longer, much more fleshed out, and much more reminiscent of Oblivion (with a setting reminiscent of Bloodmoon). Maybe I just don't remember most of Skyrims quests well, but from I DO remember was that they were too quick while most of the quests in Dragonborn are taking me quite a bit longer to complete and are much more than just regular Skyrim's "find this item for me" or "kill this bland enemy" quests.
Not trying to diss Skyrim and call vanilla Skyrim lame (Skyrim still has far too much going for it), but I'm enjoying Dragonborn more than I did most of Vanilla Skyrim.
Another plus with Dragonborn is that there is a considerably larger amount of dialogue, which greatly helps flesh out the characters and the area in my opinion. which was another big problem I had with Skyrim that I was hoping Bethesda would recognize. Big thanks for listening, Beth.
