So to start I'm playing Skyrim special edition on PS4.Hey every one,

So last night I was playing and i came across dragontooth crater and there was a shout wall. I walked up to the wall to absorb the Shout and it did all the regular things like play the background music and do all the mystical colors but no shout was absorbed. This isn't the first time I ran into this. The first time I figured it was some type of glitch now that this is the second time I have a feeling that there's something wrong like a bug or something. I should mention that I do use mods but I'm not sure which mods would conflict with it. Has anyone else had this issue? If so can you give me some advice on how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it!
