Fraternity 115 in Cambridge. Hes blind has his eyes bandaged, calls you a thief for touching his stuff. If you get too close he'll sound an alarm calling other super mutants. But hes the only mutant to want to be left alone.

Dang, me too. Actually died a couple of times there because I was not expecting the alarm (I think it also has a floor trigger or tripwire or something because it went off after I killed him, too). Was ~not~ expecting all those Supermutants to barge in.

While he ~says~ he wants to be left alone, he probably still flagged as hostile, though. Unfortunate, but he was most likely placed there as "bait' by the other supermutants.
