It's not in a dufflebag, it's by a dufflebag and this ones a little tricky to get to.

Big Mountain East Jump on the rocks by the tipped over train car and then when your on the tip sideways train car jump to the one blocking the tunnel, then make sure you jump on the centerpiece and you should see a duffel bag and the greasy toolbox.

Well in the tool box i found some sugar bombs and tools, but in the duffel bag there's some med supplies.

ok thanks for that sorry cant remember where my one is but i think it is the start of the GREASY TOOLBOX ADVENTURE.lol as docter klien might say in the building its in on the consoles the boss is having a go at one of the workers in fact i think its next to the greasy console or somthin.

Well if you do come across them all, post them on the wiki because i found this one myself and i was surprised when i found it.
