Anyone get the Mulnurmir glitch?

Sorry if repeat post, found nothing in search.

So you know that first dragon you fight in the MQ by that tower outside whiterun? After I killed him, I absorbed his skull and he became a skeleton. But ever since that whenever I come back remotely close to that area he spawns there dead maybe 10 feet off the ground and drops and wiggles around until settling on the ground, and it's odd because he's not a skeleton but a regular dragon, just dead. AND it happens in lots of different places, sometimes I walk out of Whiterun and he's waiting for me right outside the gate. Anybody have a fix?

I have kind of the same problem, I get a horse that appears whenever I leave a town and it just walks away, lol.

He fell on me twice now. Glitched in the Whiterun main gate 3 times and is generally twitching all around.

I got tired, opened the console and typed "disable". No more annoying undead Dragon!

Good idea, I didn't know about that command. I tried resurrecting him and killing him again but it solved nothing.
