I thought the look of this armor is awesome
& resources should be there cuz the ghost people also look similar

I was thinking glowing blue eyes like those kinda like the ranger armor redesign
light armor with a stealth field

Not much of a modeller...

but it looks like taking the coat from the Ranger Armor Variants or the Courier's Duster and mixing it with the shrouded version of the Ghost People armor would give you a nice approximation.
