Anyone have a blog with Blogspot?

Post » Fri Feb 18, 2011 11:07 pm

This is my blog using the Blogspot software:

http://ragdollcupcakes.blogspot.com/

I've got a domain that I will ultimately use for my blog/cupcake selling, but for now til it's built am just using Blogspot. My question is how to make the boxes behind my gadgets (ie the twitter feed, about me section etc) appear with a solid colour behind them as opposed to being transparent. I love the background I've chosen but it's quite intrusive on the writing.

Thankee!! :)

I more or less stick with a standard template for my blog, so I've never tried this. Have you looked through all the options in Design -> Template Designer from the dashboard? The 'advanced' section there might have some relevant options.

I've had a look and wondered if I'd set the background to transparent but it definitely isn't. :(

Is that one of the templates you're using? Ideally I want a separate box around all my gadgets like yours does but couldn't find a template that worked well. Have you built yours from scratch?
