I hate Dunmer...thier fans are alright though. I like argonians...fanboyism's a little out of control though.

But yea, Dunmer is the only Race I have never played as, and never plan on playing as. For whatever reason, I really hate them.

I like playing as a Dunmer, but yeah a lot of them are jerks basically, though there are plenty of exceptions - it's a cultural thing, as the wiki someone quoted says.

The Dunmer are my favorite race--I find their culture fascinating, especially the tribal Ashlanders. Also, they're very unlike me in many ways, which makes them very interesting to roleplay.

Okay , first of all Dunmer aren't filthy little weasels. Second they aren't the kind of people to rob you they'd just be the ones to insult. Also there are a ton of good Dark elves too. Just think of St. Jiub who chased all the cliff racers away from Vvardenfell. Dunmer don't hate other races they just don't trust them.

I don't like them much either. They're cold-blooded, too serious, and definitely not trustworthy. They always have that look on their face or in their voice that is sinister. Also they're darn slavers. I can't wait to build my nord and say to the first dunmer I see "Seen any elves? Hahahahahah."

Though, no one likes the Altmer either. Maybe they're supposed to feel alien because in fact they're alien. They're elves, not human. And all generalizations have exceptions.

Dunmer are my favourite race. Argonians are the ones that you should watch out for, treacherous lizards. Their presence alone makes me feel dirty.
