Anyone know of any land/world mods that takes place in the other Elder Scrolls continents besides Tamriel, such as Atmora, Akavir, Pyandonea and Yokuda? Just curious if anyone ever made any mods that takes place in those other 4 TES continents as I'm curious to explore those places if there's any mods that takes place in any of those 4 continents.

Pyandonea makes an appearance in Bartholm. The trip you take on the ship goes there.

As far as I understand it, Yokuda doesn't exist anymore and is only on the maps to illustrate where it once was. I'm sure someone more versed in lore could confirm that.

Yokuda still exists, it's just that the vast majority of it is underwater. What you see on maps is still there, and in fact ships still make trips there from Anvil in Oblivion.
