Alright, I am having an issue with the Dead Money DLC.

After killing Father Elijah, my quest updates to "Escape the vault before your collar goes off". Now, I'v made my way out of the vault 3-times now, twice via actually running through and getting to the elevator to go back up to the suites, and the other time using ~console tcl to toggle the collision and run right out.

However, no matter what, when I make it out, the quest doesn't complete, fail nor update. I can't talk to anyone, and doing anything like leaving Sierra Madre, killing Christine, or anything, Triggers Father Elijah speaking to me, even though I just killed him. Anyone run into something similar, or know of a way to bypass this.

I had the same thing happen to me (except for elijah talking to me after I killed him). I had to use the
CompleteQuest command to have the quest completed and the removeitem command to get the
collar off me.
