I'm at Level 22 and the game has become difficult thanks to ACE + Deadly Combat. I have all the other pieces for Elven Armor except for the main part. Anyone know where Elven Armor is just lying around? My request is this way specifically because I don't want to steal or kill the person wearing it. I also despise Delphine and will not work with her. Searched on google, but was misled to Angurvund where there was nothing. It might be because of Immersive Armors that the main piece is not appearing in any armor merchant's inventory. Or is it lousy luck?

Only fixed places are on the Thalmor. You could kill one of the random ones transporting prisoners by talking to them, seperating them from their group.

For elven armor to appear at vendor's with Immersive Armors installed you need to have the Elven smithing perk.
